I have been coaching and mentoring individuals to find their passion in life from a work standpoint. Although a recent study showed 4 out of 5 people hate their jobs, I will show you how to be the 1 out of that 5 that actually love what they do for work. I spent 20 years in the corporate world and I worked for over 10 blue chip companies but eventually the same atmosphere was starting to develop because of poor leadership, lack of strategy and a political playground bigger than washington. I found my passion, played to my strenghts and implemented them immediately and developed the keys necessary to design my dream job.
